From the moment I arrived at the secluded cabin campsite, I was enveloped by the serenity and beauty of the natural surroundings. The location was pristine, nestled among towering trees. Waking up to the gentle rustling of leaves and the melody of birdsong was a refreshing departure from the city's noise. The air was crisp and clean, making each breath feel rejuvenating. One of the most profound aspects of off-grid camping was the opportunity to disconnect from technology. With no cell service or Wi-Fi, I was able to fully immerse myself in the present moment. It was liberating to leave behind the constant notifications and emails. Instead, I spent my days exploring the unspoiled landscape. The evenings were spent around the campfire, sharing stories and stargazing – activities that fostered a deeper connection with my family and friends and the environment. I did enjoy the luxury of the on-site private bath house, this amenity was greatly appreciated!

“Cute cabins!! Put down the tech and kick back and relax on the deck chairs or on the comfy queen-sized bed. We opened the window and screen door to let the breeze drift through and were woken by the Whip-poor-wills. The bathrooms/showers are super clean and there’s an awesome gathering spot for a communal fire. Enjoy a charming and comfy spot during your Great Smokies adventures! ”

This place is so cool! If you want to be off the grid this is certainly the spot. The spot was very clean & the hosts were so kind. Greeted us when we arrived & left! Even if it is a non electricity place the generators in the room were perfect for charging our phones & providing light ! Such a great idea this place is & we had such a wonderful time waking up in the woods! The bed was very cozy too!! It’s about a 45 minute drive to Gatlinburg, and it’s such a cool drive because it’ll take you right through the smokies! I can’t wait to come back & bring friends.
